HERBAL TEAS FOR THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM:

Linden Self-Love Tea: to soothe the energetic heart:

Ingredients:
•    ¼-ounce rose petals
•    ¼-ounce chamomile flowers
•    ¼-ounce lemon balm aerial parts
•    ¼-ounce linden bract and flower
•    ¼-ounce ginger root

 

Directions: (For one 8-ounce cup of tea):
•    Pack the tea infuser with the herbal mixture.
•    Place infuser in the cup and pour in 8-ounces of hot water. 
•    Cover & steep for 10-15 minutes.
•    Drink 1-4 cups daily.

 

Linden Soothing Stress-Relief Tea:

Ingredients:
•    ¼-ounce rose petals
•    ¼-ounce chamomile flowers
•    ¼-ounce blue vervain aerial parts
•    ¼-ounce linden bract and flower
•    ¼-ounce Tulsi leaves

 

Directions: (For one 8-ounce cup of tea):
•    Pack the tea infuser with the herbal mixture.
•    Place infuser in the cup and pour in 8-ounces of hot water. 
•    Cover & steep for 10-15 minutes.
•    Drink 1 cup at bedtime.

Take Courage Honey: a tasty way to invite motherwort to consult on matters of the heart when strength and steadiness are needed:

 

Ingredients:
•    1 cup dried motherwort aerial parts
•    â…” cup honey

 

Directions:
•    Place dried motherwort into a coffee grinder and grind into a powder. 
•    Add it to a jar with â…” cup of honey and stir until thoroughly combined.
•    Taste, and add more honey if desired.
•    Allow to macerate for 48 hours.
•    Take by the teaspoon as needed.
