JANUARY 2025: WINTER CLEANSE, DETOX, & RESTORATION:​​

The emphasis for the January 2025 group is a GENTLE cleanse & detox:

• Begin the cleanse on January 2nd.

• Use the cleanse tea and extract of choice or purchase at www.anewlifeherbs.com.

• Use the tea & extract for 14 days (January 2 through January 16).

• Follow a clean & healthy diet from January 2 until January 31.

NOTE: if you have a preferred detox formula, please use it instead.

The group will receive weekly emails with tips and inspiration.

The group will meet on Saturday, January 25th from 10-12:

• Share results, ask questions, & make suggestions.

• Create an herbal detox foot soak to take home.

• Enjoy a restorative herb-themed lunch.

The January 25th Study Group cost is $7.00 per person, and includes:

• 4-ounces: herbal detox foot soak, packaging, & label.

 

Participants will provide additional menu items of choice from A New Life Herbs.

Wild Child Herb Shop will provide the ingredients and supplies for the foot soak, a restorative herbal soup, and cornbread with a honey drizzle.​
