FEBRUARY 2025: CARDIOVASCULAR BOTANICALS:​​

The emphasis for the February 2025 group is heart-opening herbs.​

​

The group will receive weekly emails with tips and inspiration.

​
The group will meet on Saturday, February 22nd from 10-12:

• Create two cardiovascular tea blends.

• Take home herbs to make a heart strengthening infused honey.

• Enjoy an herb-themed lunch.

​

The February 22nd Study Group cost is $7 per person, and includes:

• A heart-opening cardiovascular tea with chamomile flowers, ginger root, lemon balm leaf, linden leaf, and rose petals.​

• A soothing bedtime tea with chamomile flowers, linden leaf, rose petals, Tulsi leaf, and blue vervain aerial parts.

• Dried motherwort aerial parts to take home and create a heart strengthening honey.

Participants will provide lunch menu items of choice at A New Life Herbs, and the honey for the motherwort recipe.

 

Wild Child Herb Shop will provide herbs for the teas and the home-infused honey.
